As a guide, Acuilae activities range from €19 to €59 per person. The price depends mainly on the size of the group (10 people is not the same as 400), the venue and the date, as well as the activity and the level of personalisation. Request a proposal to confirm the total amount, the applicable taxes and which services are included.

We work with small groups and events of more than 300 participants, depending on the activity. Each format has a different capacity and space requirements. Tell us the number of attendees so we can suggest a suitable activity.

We travel to offices, hotels, restaurants and event venues in Madrid and the rest of the Community of Madrid. We also organise outdoor activities. The location is chosen according to the format, the group size and the conditions of use of the venue.

For an outdoor activity, we discuss indoor alternatives and format adjustments with you before the event. The solution depends on the venue and availability; we set it out in the proposal.

No. We explain how to use the materials and adapt the challenges to the team’s profile. Activities with virtual reality, artificial intelligence or robotics are also designed for people with no tech experience.

Yes, we offer activities in English for international teams. Tell us the language and the profile of the participants when you request the proposal so we can adapt the activity.

Yes. We have formats designed for large groups, such as the TV game show, music bingo, the Lego Challenge or the Block Car Challenge, which work with hundreds of participants at once and several teams in parallel. For these events we recommend booking four to six weeks in advance and coordinating the venue, sound and timings with you.

Yes. Companies such as Accenture, Bosch, Kellogg's, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Telefónica have trusted us, and we run the activities in Spanish or English for international teams.

No. We design, set up and run the activities with our own bilingual team, with a range of profiles: hosts, technology, virtual reality, drones or 3D printing.

The proposal sets out the activity, the duration, how the teams are organised, and the materials and facilitation planned. If you need a venue, catering, transport or extra personalisation, let us know so we can assess those services and detail their costs.

We recommend getting in touch two or three weeks in advance. For large groups, personalised events or high-demand dates, four to six weeks is better. If you have less time, ask us about availability.
