Organising corporate events usually means dealing with several suppliers: one for the activity, another for the venue, another for the catering and another for the sound. At Acuilae we bring it all together in a single team. You tell us what you want to achieve and we make sure the day goes as planned.

We have spent more than 25 years putting together corporate events in Madrid and across Spain: conventions, team days, Christmas dinners, kick-offs and celebrations for 10 to more than 300 people. We design, set up and run the activity ourselves, in Spanish or in English.

The venue

At your offices, at a hotel or event venue in Madrid, or outdoors. If you do not have a venue, we will suggest one that suits the number of people and the activity.

The catering

Lunch, dinner or cocktail reception coordinated with the timing of the activity, so the food and the team activity do not clash.

The AV

Sound, screens, stage and presentation. Our team sets up and operates the equipment throughout the event, with no subcontractors.

How we organise your event

Four steps, always with the same person on the other end.

  1. You tell us about the eventDate, number of people, venue if you have one, budget and goal: to celebrate, bring people together, collaborate or discover something new.
  2. We send you the proposalWithin 24 working hours, with the format, programme, materials, logistics and a fixed price.
  3. We finalise the detailsVenue, catering, AV, timings and branding with your company identity. A single point of contact for everything.
  4. On the dayWe arrive with the equipment, set it up and test it before the guests arrive. We run the activity and stay until the end.

Frequently asked questions about organising corporate events

What does full event organisation for a corporate event include?

The team building activity or the event programme and, if you need them, the venue, catering and AV. You have a single point of contact and we coordinate the rest.

How many people do you organise events for?

From groups of 10 people to more than 300. We have organised a Tech in a Box for 300 people from Bankinter and a spy-themed treasure hunt around the city for 280 people from a technology company.

Do you subcontract the activity?

No. We design, set up and run every activity with our own team: the people who prepare the proposal are the ones there on the day.

Can you run the event in English?

Yes. We run events in Spanish and English, and we are used to working with international teams.

How much does it cost to organise a corporate event?

It depends on the number of people, the venue, the date and what you want to include (just the activity, or also the venue, catering and AV). You tell us about the event and we send you a proposal with a fixed price within 24 working hours.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For large groups and for the Christmas season, four to six weeks is ideal. For small groups we can organise it with less notice; just ask us.
