Pedro Diezma (Pedro José Diezma López) is the founder of Acuilae and the person who designs its activities and team dynamics. He is a coach, entrepreneur and international speaker, with more than 28 years helping companies understand and apply technology.
His speciality is bringing together people, teams and technology: he designs team building and gamification experiences that motivate, build cohesion and help teams learn by doing. He has trained 850 teams and worked with 450 companies, including Acciona, Sanitas, Airbus, Samsung, IKEA, Mahou and Endesa.
He is the author of four books, a lecturer at business schools such as ESIC and ICADE and creator of the YouTube channel No solo IA, which has passed 100,000 subscribers.

Pedro created No solo IA, a YouTube channel explaining artificial intelligence and technology that has passed 100,000 subscribers.
YouTube awarded him the silver plaque (Silver Play Button) for that milestone: a clear, approachable way of explaining technology that he also brings to his training and activities.

A technologist for more than 28 years, Pedro is an expert in artificial intelligence, wearables, IoT, augmented reality and emerging technologies. As well as Acuilae, he has founded Ethyka (AI ethics applied to business), Zerintia Technologies (wearables, IoT and digital health) and Grupo Kebala (innovation in tourism, eLearning and events).
