At Acuilae, a team building company in Madrid, we are a team passionate about blending technology and creativity to offer groundbreaking, innovative solutions for companies. We have a team of professionals with more than 25 years of experience and more than 1,250 events delivered for more than 550 companies such as Accenture, Bosch, IKEA, Airbus and Sanitas. After working with a great many companies and projects, we have learnt that the real value lies in the impact we bring to every result.

Pedro Diezma · Founder and Head of Team Dynamics and Training
Acuilae’s activities and team dynamics are designed by Pedro Diezma, coach, technologist and international speaker. He has spent more than 25 years bringing teamwork and innovation together: every experience combines what he knows best, group dynamics, team motivation and technology.
He is the author of several books and a lecturer at ESIC, ICADE and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and has taken his talks to stages such as TEDx.

How we work: our own team from start to finish
No intermediaries
The person who presents the proposal to you is the person who sets it up and runs it on the day of the event. We do not subcontract the activities: we design and deliver them ourselves.
Profiles that complement each other
Facilitators and specialists in virtual and mixed reality, drones, 3D printing and artificial intelligence. We work in Spanish and English, and we are used to groups of hundreds of people.
