Accuracy of data

The User states that all the data they provide are true and correct and undertakes to keep them up to date. The User will be responsible for the accuracy of their data and will be solely liable for any disputes or litigation that may arise from their falsehood. So that we can keep personal data up to date, it is important that the User informs “Acuilae” whenever there has been any change to them.

Disclosure of data

“Acuilae” will not transfer or disclose your data to any third party, except in cases provided for by law or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a Data Processor. The User also accepts that some of the services may be wholly or partly subcontracted to other individuals or companies, who will be considered Data Processors, with whom the corresponding confidentiality agreement has been signed, or who have adhered to their privacy policies, set out on their respective websites. The User may refuse the transfer of their data to the Data Processors by written request, through any of the means referred to above.
In addition, where necessary, Customers' data may be disclosed to certain bodies in compliance with a legal obligation: the Spanish Tax Agency, banks, the Labour Inspectorate, etc.

Exercise of User Rights

The LOPD and the GDPR (RGPD) give data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights relating to the processing of their personal data. This communication must include the following information: the User's full name, the request being made, their address and supporting documentation.
Rights must be exercised by the User in person. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the User's legal representative, providing documentation that proves such representation.
The User may request to exercise the following rights:

  • - Right to request access to personal data.

  • - Right to data portability: if you want your data to be processed by another company, “Acuilae” will provide your data in an exportable format.

Where consent has been given for a specific purpose, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If a User considers that there is a problem with the way “Acuilae” is handling their data, they may address their complaints to the Security Officer or to the relevant data protection authority, which in the case of Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
