What activities can you do at a company Christmas party?
The most popular are the ones played at the table itself: Christmas music bingo, a mystery dinner (Mystery Between Courses) and game shows such as the TV game show or the music TV show Furor. If you would rather the activity were the meal itself, Christmas MasterChef and the winter cocktail workshop work very well. And for groups looking for something different, we offer the Save Christmas escape room, Christmas robotics, perfume workshops with AI and charity activities.
How much does a Christmas activity for companies in Madrid cost?
Prices range from €19 to €59 per person. They depend mainly on the size of the group (10 people is not the same as 400), the venue and the date, as well as the activity and the level of customisation. After-dinner activities are the most affordable; food workshops and tech experiences are at the higher end. We send a fixed quote within 24 hours.
How many people are these activities designed for?
From groups of 10 people to company Christmas parties with more than 300 participants. For large groups we work in teams with extra facilitators and a shared scoreboard, so everyone takes part even in a large room.
Where do they take place? Can you come to the restaurant we have already booked?
Yes. We bring all the equipment to the venue you have booked: a restaurant, hotel function room, country estate, auditorium or your own offices, in Madrid and across Spain. If you don't have a venue yet, we can suggest spaces based on the number of guests and your budget.
How long does the activity last and how does it fit around the menu?
Between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the format. Table activities are spread between courses or held after the meal; food workshops take up the hour and a half before dinner. We plan the running order with the restaurant so it does not interfere with the service.
How far in advance should we book the company Christmas party?
We recommend confirming dates between September and October. Fridays in December are the first to sell out, and from mid-November availability for large groups is very limited. For highly customised activities, allow 4-6 weeks.
Can the activity be customised with the company's brand?
Yes. We adapt questions, challenges, prizes, graphics and materials to your brand, to the year's milestones or to the values you want to reinforce. It is one of the reasons many companies come back to us every Christmas.
