The Creative Process Step by Step
1. Introduction to the AI Tools
The experience begins with an interactive session where teams learn to use advanced artificial intelligence platforms to create content. During this stage, participants get to know the technologies and discover how they can become allies in the creative process. These tools can generate:
- Unique characters.
- Striking images and videos.
- Voices and sound effects.
- Music adapted to the story.
2. Writing the Script
The script is the heart of any audiovisual project. Each group could work on different scripts, or on different parts of the same script to be joined together at the end. Depending on the company’s objectives and each group’s requirements, we could play with several options:
- Use one or more scripts prepared in advance following the company's guidelines or by the company itself.
- Write a script during the activity using artificial intelligence tools, adapted to the theme chosen for the activity.
With the script ready, teams move on to production, using AI tools to bring their project to life. Creativity is the only limit at this stage, where teams explore how to combine technology and storytelling to produce striking content. During this phase, participants:
- Create and select scenes and characters.
- They create original dialogue and music.
- They add sound effects and visual effects.
As at a film premiere, each team presents its short film or advert to the group. This is a special moment to celebrate the joint effort, share the result of the work and enjoy each team’s unique ideas.
The activity ends with a reflection session, where participants share what they have learned and experienced. It is a chance to look at how collaboration and artificial intelligence technology can turn an idea into a tangible project, and how these skills can be applied in the workplace.
