This Painting Team Building activity will run as follows:
To start the activity, we show the AI-made Avatar to welcome everyone. Then we split the participants into teams and each team is assigned a section of the canvas to paint.
Each team will receive a palette with numbers showing the colours they must use for their section. However, they won’t be given the colours directly; instead they will have to complete a series of challenges to find out which colour matches each number.
After completing these challenges, once the team has discovered all the colours, they can start painting their section of the canvas following the numbers on the palette.
When all the teams have finished painting, all the pieces of canvas will be put together to form the complete mural. As this happens, the final message will be revealed in Augmented Reality. It symbolises the importance of working together and how each team, even while working on an individual section, contributes to the overall goal of this Painting Team Building.
Welcome: Avatar during the presentation
We will generate an AI Avatar (following the company’s guidelines) to create a presenter who represents the event virtually and can be used for the opening and closing. AI technology can be used to create a realistic-looking avatar that greets people and introduces the conference topic.
Final Painting: Creative Team Building
The final painting would be made up of all the teams’ paintings, and we can bring it to life with generative artificial intelligence. We can also create the initial reference image, in any type of image and style that suits the client’s needs. Then we divide the final painting into sections and colour palettes. Or teams can be given free rein with a choice of themes, in which case they will have to agree among themselves to create something cohesive.
This experience gives a practical view of these technologies and also a chance to discuss, try out and assess how they can be applied and what they offer, in an interactive and educational setting. It is an excellent way to keep up with fast-moving technology and encourage innovation within your team.
CHALLENGES TO DISCOVER THE COLOURS TO PAINT
Each team will receive a palette with numbers showing the colours they must use for their section. However, they won’t be given the colours directly. To find out which colour matches each number, they will have to complete brain-teaser challenges.
Teams will find these logic challenges on each table: puzzles or riddles. As they solve each challenge, the colours that match the numbers on their palette will be revealed.
Combining these challenges makes sure every team member gets the chance to contribute and shine in at least one of them. And by overcoming these challenges, teams discover the colours for their palette and also strengthen their teamwork and communication skills.
Painting and final assembly on THE structure
There will be plenty of time for each team to paint their assigned section with care. When all the teams have finished painting their part of this Painting Team Building, all the pieces of canvas will be put together to form the complete mural and reveal the result of the teamwork.
Final message in Augmented Reality
Once the painting is finished and all its parts are put together, we will create an Augmented Reality animation over the images. Participants can use their phones, without downloading any software, to see a special message that appears over the painting in augmented reality (AR).
This message or visual can be customised: the painting can be made to move and come to life with some elements or characters moving, a message can appear... There are lots of options!
